Booking Process 2024 (First Appointments/Visits)
As from 8 January 2024 there are 3ways you can book an appointment with us. Choose and use one of them). You can book via whatsapp chat or email (both daily) or via landline calling (only Mondays and Thursdays)

Send a message requesting an appointment date. In your message include,
.your name
.your preferred contact details
.preferred Consultation day (Monday/Thursday or Saturday)
.how you will be paying (medical aid or cash)
.name of your medical aid (when applicable)

We only take telephonic bookings on a Monday and/ Thursday, between 8h30 and 16h30. When you call expect the PA to request the following from you.
. Your full names
. Preferred Consultation day (Monday/Thursday or Saturday)
. Method of payment (medical aid or cash)
. Name of your medical aid (when applicable)
.your preferred contact details
Your booking confirmation together with preconsultation requirements will be sent to you via the preferred contact details you had provided.
